AuthenticIT is not a high volume staffing firm.  We would prefer to work with a smaller group of proven, trusted individuals in our professional network so that we can consistently provide high caliber resource options for employers who simply cannot afford staffing missteps.  Our focus on professionalism, thought leadership, work ethic, quality of deliverables and culture fit set us apart from the competition.  

Our resources are fully vetted, having either worked directly for our advisory team members in the past, or demonstrated a high level of performance at multiple clients.  Their experience ranges from 10 to 25 years, and rates are commensurate with that experience and what we are seeing in the market. 

AuthenticIT specifically focuses on senior Project Managers and Business Analysts with relevant ERP and CRM implementation skills and experiences.  Depending on availability, our Advisory Team can also assist clients with Advisory Services or lead strategic IT initiatives like Software Selection and Digital Transformation Planning.

We typically staff resources from 20 to 40 hours per week on an engagement, with a minimum commitment of 3 months.  We do no offer full time placement services.  

Our professionals are all based in the US and Canada.  They prefer to work remotely, however we understand that there are times when collaborating in person can be more effective, so we are open to discussing flexibility in travel requirements.   

There is a significant difference between professionals that have years of enterprise packaged software experience, and those who do not.  

Many ERP and CRM projects fail or do not deliver the value defined in the business case for such a significant investment.  One of the top 5 reasons this continues to be the case is that project leadership does not understand how to synthesize the people, process and technology change so critical on these types of projects.  Project managers unfamiliar with how to bring these together in a cohesive fashion fail to mitigate project risks and the project will fall short on meeting timeline, budget and new business capability expectations.  

This is why we only refer seasoned ERP/CRM Project Managers that have a track record of success.  They understand the complexities at hand and the methodology required to bring people, process and technology together to create the best solution for the business.    

Modern enterprise software delivery continues to move toward more agile / iterative approaches to implementing ERP and CRM.  

There are benefits associated with incrementally designing and building the solution.  If done well, business process owners are able to immerse themselves in the future state of the system as it unfolds, and are much more prepared to run the business at go-live. What is not uncommon though, is that project teams end up rushing to the iterative design and build activities without applying the right level of detailed attention to requirements or use cases up front, i.e. the Scope.  This situation results in a moving target for "build complete", creating frustration among the project sponsors.      

Experienced ERP and CRM Business Analysts understand that there is no substitute for fully understanding the current and future state process requirements, and documenting these at a level of detail that leaves no ambiguity about how the system should behave at go-live.  How the project gets there, whether it be agile-like or waterfall in nature doesn't matter to an AuthenticIT BA.  They understand what is in scope, the business objectives, and whether or not the system will successfully achieve those objectives.
